1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners and our own logistics network in Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal delivery charge is applied at checkout
  • Bulk orders may have separate freight charges - please contact us

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Local (Ballia & nearby): 1-2 business days
  • Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-8 business days

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (except Sundays and public holidays).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track using your order ID on our Track Order page.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any such delays.
