1. Return Eligibility

Since mustard oil is a consumable food product, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or leaked during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Product seal is broken on arrival
• Product is expired or near expiry

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@ghartakexp.com or +91 85888 08832 within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and product is picked up (or after verification of photos), refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund is issued via UPI/bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

• Product opened or partially used (except quality complaint)
• Return request raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Change of mind after delivery

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for free before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may refuse the delivery.
